Learn to Swim (LTS)
Our Learn To Swim (LTS) program is thoughtfully designed to build strong water confidence and essential swimming fundamentals. With a structured progression and attentive coaching, swimmers develop correct techniques, breathing control, and water safety skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
Pre-Competition (Pre-Comp)
The Pre-Competition program bridges the gap between basic swimming and competitive training. Swimmers focus on refining stroke techniques, improving endurance, and learning essential competitive skills such as starts and turns, preparing them for higher-level performance.
Race Team
Our Race Team program is tailored for swimmers pursuing competitive excellence. Training emphasises advanced technique, speed development, race strategy, and mental preparation, guided by experienced coaches committed to helping swimmers perform with confidence and consistency.

Insight of our Learn To Swim Programme
Grade 1 – Basic & Introduction
This level introduces children to the water in a safe and fun environment. The focus is on building water confidence, basic breathing control, body balance, and simple kicking movements through guided activities.
Grade 2 – Basic Survival and Water Confidence
Swimmers learn essential water survival skills, including controlled breathing, independent movement, safe water entry, and underwater confidence. This stage strengthens awareness and self-control in the water.
Grade 3 – Freestyle
At this stage, swimmers begin learning freestyle techniques step by step. Emphasis is placed on kick coordination, breathing, and arm movements, progressing towards independent freestyle swimming without support.
Grade 4 – Backstroke
This level focuses on developing proper backstroke techniques from basics to full execution. Swimmers improve body alignment, balance, and streamline positioning to achieve a smooth and efficient backstroke.
Grade 5 – Breaststroke
Swimmers are introduced to breaststroke with a strong focus on coordination between kicks, arm pulls, and breathing. Training progresses gradually until swimmers can perform a complete and controlled breaststroke.
Grade 6 – Butterfly & Stroke Consolidation
The highest level focuses on mastering the butterfly stroke while reinforcing all previously learned strokes. Swimmers develop advanced strength, timing, and coordination, with added emphasis on body alignment, leg strength, and overall stroke efficiency. This level prepares swimmers for advanced training or competitive pathways.
